This architectural project explored the virtues of a co-operative housing development within the centre of a deprived and divided neighbourhood. Despite being an academic activity, the project followed a praxis methodology and was therefore researched and developed within a real community. Engaging with stakeholders helped infulence the direction of the project and allowed it to be grounded in the real world.
